For most of you quarantine are like holidays. Yeah ofcourse they are holidays but instead of just lying on your couch or bed and watching tv and NETFLIX you should make this time count. You have got this free time utilize it well . Learn new skill, exercise,take care of your body,have family time and keep your self updated.SO LETS GET PRODUCTIVE ! BODY CARE Sitting at home doesnt mean you stop caring of your body so its a reminder for all of you because if you are not healthy you cant be productive keep yourself hydrated moisturize your skin keep your immunity system strong;drink smoothies keep yourself neat and clean EXERCISE Cant go out, start workingout at home.there are lots of youtube channels teaching you how to do aerobics,yoga, cardio exercises, weight gain/weight loss techniques and exercises without machines.
