For most of you quarantine are like holidays. Yeah ofcourse they are holidays but instead of just lying on your couch or bed and watching tv and NETFLIX you should make this time count. You have got this free time utilize it well . Learn new skill, exercise,take care of your body,have family time and keep your self updated.SO LETS GET PRODUCTIVE !

BODY CARE
Sitting at home doesnt mean you stop caring of your body so its a reminder for all of you because if you are not healthy you cant be productive
keep yourself hydrated
moisturize your skin
keep your immunity system strong;drink smoothies
keep yourself neat and clean

EXERCISE
Cant go out, start workingout at home.there are lots of youtube channels teaching you how to do aerobics,yoga, cardio exercises, weight gain/weight loss techniques and exercises without machines. SO GET UP AND MOVE.

LEARN SKILL
Utilize this time by watching something productive from youtube and learn something such as baking , sewing , coding, painting, self defense, playing musical instruments,marketing skills and self care such as haircutting doing threading and waxing. lately i have been watching sarwat gillani's instagram videos where she is teaching moms how to keep your children busy in this quarantine by doing arts. there are many online courses which can help you enhance your skills and can help you in career growth such as google grow 

Internet is now everybodys best friend so make use of that friend. there are loads OF FREE E BOOKS to read and gain knowledge. Play mind games .



INSHAALLAH WE WILL COME OUT STRONG AFTER THIS QUARANTINE.
